every year, one has to choose the course suitable for them and appear for the
selection test accordingly. To apply for appearing in our selection test send
the DD of the required amount (by mentioning the Name, Address, Present class of
Study and Mobile Number at the back of DD) to our Kota Office Address mentioned
under Contact Us link. You can also apply Online by using the link Online
Application Form, payment of this application form can be made through
Credit/Debit Card or through Net Banking as well.

Q12. When you declare the result of your
Selection Test and how student come to know the same?
Ans: The result of the selection test is declared as per the
scheduled mentioned under the link Important Dates and the same is declared only
on our website only.
Q13. What is your Course Fee and when a
student is suppose to pay the same?
Ans: The Course Fee is mentioned under the Course Details, the
same varies as per the course. Student has to deposit the course fee in
installments, for one year program the same is to be deposited in 2
installments, though; in case of 2 year program the same is to be deposited in 4
installments.
Q14. Do you have Hostel Facility for
Outstation Students?
Ans: We don’t have our own Hostel Facility but the same is
available in ample in the vicinity of our campus. The cost of such accommodation
starts from Rs.3000/- onwards depending on the facilities.
Q15. What about food?
Ans: There are number of Messes around, you can choose the same
depending on your taste. In many Hostels this facility is given inside the
hostel.
Q16. What about the schooling for students
studying in class XI and XII?
Ans: There are many CBSE / Rajasthan Board affiliated School
operating here, you may get admission in any of these schools depending upon
your choice. We will provide you the list of School available in Kota at the
time of Joining.
Q17. How parents come to know about the
performance of their ward?
Ans: Almost every month we conduct a Review Test for our
students, these review tests reflects the performance and understanding of the
students. We put this information under the link SPR (Student Performance
Report) on our website; parents can see this on our website.
Q18. If student doesn’t perform well, how
can he/she improve?
Ans: We have counselors available in our Administrative Team,
such students are suppose to approach them and explain their methodology of
studies, our counselor will try to give them the tips for preparation, using
these tips students will certainly find the improvement in their results.
Q19. Can parents meet Mr. V K Bansal?
Ans: At times it’s not possible for Mr. V K Bansal to give the
time to parents and students as well, but he keep going to different classes and
interacts with students, parents can also see him but meeting can’t be
guaranteed because of his busy schedule of teaching. Parents can meet Mr. P K
Bansal for having any kind of issues with prior appointment.
Q20. What about the PCM syllabus of class XI
and XII for CBSE or State Board in the context of IITJEE?
Ans: The syllabus of class XI and XII for CBSE, ICSE and State
Boards are almost at par. When a student appear for any all India level
engineering entrance examination the syllabus of this examination generally
takes care of all the boards syllabus, hence, one need not to worry about the
syllabus. While studying here we cover the syllabus of PCM for IITJEE, which is
more then 95% same as of any Board Syllabus.
